What we collect from the demo form

When you request the live demo we collect your first and last name, dealership, role, city and state, work email, mobile phone, the best time to reach you, and your consent to be contacted. Our servers also see your network address, which we use only to block abuse.

How we use it

Only to contact you about Net2Gross: to follow up on your demo, answer questions and set up a walkthrough for your store. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their marketing.

Calls, texts and email

With your consent we may call, text or email you, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call or by email, and we’ll stop.

How we protect it

Your details are encrypted when stored and can be read only by the Net2Gross owner account. We keep them only as long as we need them to follow up, and we delete them when you ask.

The demo

We review each request. If it’s approved we send you a private link to the demo; it works for a limited time and we can turn it off. The demo is a fictional store: every name, person and number in it is made up, and nothing you click in it is sent to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by replying to any message we send you.

Changes

If we change this notice we’ll update the date above.
